Shipping policy
EVENT TICKETS can be purchased internationally. We ask you to provide a shipping name, address and email for verification purposes only.
General Shipping Policies:
We will pack and ship your items as quickly as possible. We are a 2 person team and therefore do most of our shipping 1 day a week.
Packing time is not included in the Shipping time. Shipping time begins once your item is shipped.
We charge actual shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase by the service provider selected by the buyer.
Once an order/item is shipped we are not responsible for shipping damage or items not delivered/lost in shipping.
International Shipping:
XFP is not responsible for Import Taxes, Customs Duties or any other fees imposed by the destination country.
We will ship to the exact address provided by buyer. Once shipped we cannot change the ship to address. Buyer is responsible for any delays caused by errors in address.
We strongly recommend providing a phone number so customs can reach you if necessary.
If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the buyer wishes to make a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to XFP, any additional shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
If a product is seized and destroyed by customs or returned to the United States, we will not be responsible for any losses, products or shipping refunds.
Buyer is responsible for knowing and abiding by their countries laws regulations and restrictions.
REMINDER: We do not set the shipping rates and have no control over the shipping speed.
